Appellation

Located around Mont Brouilly and its pretty chapel, the Brouilly Cru is the most extended of the Beaujolais vineyards.
It covers six municipalities in the southern region. The soil is rich in a granitic that it provides a balanced and pure taste.
Cultivation area : 1328 ha.

Origin

Mature grapes, manually-harvested of vines of about forty years, exclusively on Gamay grapes variety.

Vintages & Tasting

With a profound ruby ​​color, the Brouilly offers deep aromas of ripe fruit. Full, fine or fleshy, its creates a tannin-rich texture.

Aging & Serving

From 12 to 14°C, keeping between 4 to 5 years in cellar.
